ToonTalk 3.167(X) and full installer

Hi all.

TT3167X.zip and TT3167.zip are now on 
ftp://weblabs.eu.com/ToonTalk/Releases/

full_install_3.167X.zip is also there.

This fixes a few bugs and corrects some inconsistent handling of 
customizations that make the X (left/right) and Y (up/down) sensors 
display exact or integer values. The default of displaying integer 
values is now implemented consistently.
