As for the connector, its a known pain. Check out:

Alternatively, you can turn off Apache httpd, and run Tomcat on port 80.

You should be able to get the configuration files from the sourceforge 
project page:

from the CVS, at:
http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/webreports/webreports/web/

 From the 0.0.2 release at:

Though I must admit, some files are missing. I'll try to update later today.

I'm afraid I can't access your server on 8080, because of our firewall.
