Well, frankly - the main advantage is that it is there.  Just as the 
main consideration for using it in the first place was that it was easy 
to set up (took us about 15 minutes to get it started). The real time 
sink was getting the content right.  I think that a lot of that can be 
simplified if we agree on two separate systems - one for kids and one 
for researchers. 

With the JSPWiki, I can give a fair assessment of how to get any feature 
we need done, and how long it would take. If you can provide the same 
knowledge about Plone, then perhaps we don't loose anything.

of course, there's the issue of people having to adjust to a new system. 
Since the concept isn't dramatically different, I'm not too worried 
about this -as long as we do the transition VERY soon!
