Jakob,

Overall the plan looks very reasonable. I added a few specific
comments, although I think we need a better mechanism for tracking
feature development than word docs. Let's decide on one between you,
Jesper and me.

The open issues I see as critical are
- tracking: need a detailed activity log for all users in tabular form.
- group support, in a broad sense: users need a way to navigate / limit
content by the groups they belong to.
- readability: i'm not convinced that a non-technical user will manage
the system as-is without massive assistance. I do think some slight
customization can go a long way here.

As for the time frame. I think you are a bit optimistic about getting
it all together in 1.5 months. I suggest we list 2-3 basic scenarios,
and see how fast you can support those.

Here's my example scenario:

Joe kid created a notebook with 5 tools in it.
He puts it on a personal web-report, by holding the notebook and
hitting pause.
The report automatically includes an image of the notebook, some
text and a link to the tt file.
The report is automatically listed under Joe's "My reports" and
under the general reports folder.
Joe kid invites Max dude to look at it by a dialogue accessible on
the report.
Max looks at it and comments on Joe's report.
Joe thinks about the comment, then edits his notebook and updates it
on the report.
