Case sensitivity a bad idea?

I'm sending this on the chance this is a easy change.

I've seen many kids have troubles sending messages, using search, and
even logging in due to sloppiness as to whether to capitalize or not.
And kids don't always pay attention to the caps lock. I think Unix made
a terrible mistake allowing different file names to differ only by
casing. If it is an easy change I vote for ignoring case in the Web
Reports interface.
