Yishay got it right.

I wonder if a tiny bit more structure will be needed. Maybe the
templates folder that Yishay described needs to have sub-directories.
Depends upon how many templates we end up generating. Then rather than
choosing from a long list after selecting "create new report" there
would be just the sub-directory names and then when one of those is
chosen is the list of documents in that sub-directory displayed.
