Re: Reports are MUCH BETTER than Tools

Actually, I think that at some point we concluded that tools will be 
addressed by one of the report templates, so that is in line with Ken's 
remark.

The other difference between tools and reports is the directory 
structure of the repository.  Reports are added under "my reports" but 
when published show up under the reports section (and if you choose a 
topic - under that topic's report section as well).  Perhaps we could 
adopt a similar workflow for tools?
