configuring auc-tex

hello,

I started using emacs & auc-tex one week ago, they are really amazing tools.

I successfully configured some details of the auc-tex default
behaviour. I use the 'PDF Mode', and to check the actual result of my
latex code, I do the following:
1) C-s C-s to save the buffer
2) I go with the mouse to the 'Command' menu to issue the 'LaTeX'
command (no shortcut)
3) C-c C-v to open the created PDF in Xpdf

Well, it is quite boring to do this on a regular basis, but I can't
figure out how to create a new shortcut that could do these 3 steps.

How can i do that?
