Okay, checked in.  Shout (shout, let it all out ... *sing*) if you
experience any problems.

You can check if it is working correctly by loading files with
different document classes providing different sectioning commands and
files including packages which provide additional environments,
switching between buffers and looking at the sectioning and
environment submenus.
