Just to be sure I'm understanding you correctly, even though Emacs 26
has not yet been released, you're running a post-singularity version
of Emacs 27 ... with BBDB 2.35.  Debian has defacto BBDB 2.36, last
updated in Feb 2014.

Okay, with that clarification out of the way, I think you might want to

(setq bbdb-quiet-about-name-mismatches t)
