It seems that you have problems with Arabic fonts, not with Emacs.
Our emacs-bidi.tar.gz does not define anything like "Misc-10x20", so
it must be your local configuration.  Make sure that a Unicode font
with glyphs in the range of FE70-FEFF is available.
