Hmmm. Well, there was a goal in the merge with Emacs to remove as many autoloads from non-commands as possible. In cedet/ede/proj.el there should be an eieio-defclass-autoload for your symbols. In core CEDET this should make that load code work. Is there anything non-standard in your Emacs that might have affected the build, or something unexpected on your load path?
