winring support will auto disable, if execute ecb-deactivate?

`ecb-winman-winring-enable-support' is called before the first call to any winring-command. And M-x 'ecb-activate'. Now C-h f, winring-set-name is advised. 'M-x ecb-deactive', winring-set-name is not advised. winman support when ecb-deactivate will disable winman support?
