Re: winring support will auto disable, if execute ecb-deactivate?

If winring-stuff is still adviced after ecb is deactivated, when I back to
previous winring configuration. `winring-set-name''s advice will notice current
winring name is ecb-winman-winring-name. Ecb will restore its layout. That's
what I need.
