Build failure (Wrong number of arguments)

Hello,

I am currently having difficulties that building ecb(CVS-HEAD) with CEDET(CVS-HEAD).

Emacs: Meadow3
Development environment : Cygwin-1.5.25

I have already modified ecb.el defcustom ecb-version-check nil.

Errors as follows..
