Small bug: default-major-mode obsolete

Hello everyone!
I'm new to this list and not an emacs expert myself.

With ecb-2.4.0 in Aquamacs Emacs, I get the following warnings:

Warning: `default-major-mode' is an obsolete variable (as of Emacs 23.2); use
`major-mode' instead.
Warning: `save-excursion' defeated by `set-buffer'
Warning: `save-excursion' defeated by `set-buffer'

I don't think the warnings are severe, but I just wanted to let you know.
