How to stop the cursor from entering the Methods window?

Hi,
   When I have a header file open, and I scroll through it, when the 
cursor enters a struct, the cursor automatically jumps to the methods 
window.  This makes it very hard, almost impossible, to edit the struct 
with ECB activated.  How do I stop this from happening?  If it can't be 
stopped, how do I edit structs?
