Here's another small one for which a patch is pending:

 - #81458 31.0.91; inhibit NS window title unless inLiveResize

For:

- #81254 work-buffer--release incorrectly resets current-buffer on first
release, clearing mark-active

I think it is correct to say that Emacs 31 has a sufficient mitigation in
place and 32 will have the more complete set of patches (the remaining one
still pending for master).
