Release candidate hopefully ~17th August

We have four remaining release-blocking bugs:

- bug#81038 -- we will probably not fix this, waiting on the Org
  maintainer atm
- bug#81193 -- I am not sure what the status is here.
  Possibly this will delay things.
- bug#81407, bug#81510 -- we are close to patching both of these.

Assuming no new serious bugs are filed, I hope to do a release candidate
three weeks after the last pretest, so the week commencing 17th August.
