Let's rename it.

I also want to rename the GitHub repo.

I think the renaming process is:

1. (project-store :url OLD-URL) -> (project-nix-store :url OLD-URL)
2. I rename the GitHub repo.
3. (project-nix-store :url OLD-URL) -> (project-nix-store :url NEW-URL)
4. I modify contents of the git repo, such as renaming files
5. I cut a new release.

I am not quite sure about the first 3 steps.  Maybe step 3 is not needed
if we assume GitHub will do the redirect reliably?  Maybe step 1 and 3
can be done in one step after step 2?
