The first patch

  0001-Fix-default-port-regression-in-erc-select-read-args.patch

was added to emacs-29 as

  ff35ac9dfabf7ac33199c42bc56c8bb0f53eebc4

The rest will have to wait for 5.6, hopefully after some discussion and
improvements. Thanks.
