* Makefile.in (datarootdir): Define.

* aclocal.m4 (AC_PATH_LISPDIR): Quote directory name that might contain
 whitespace.

* configure: Regenerate.

* mkinstalldirs: Replace it with the 2006-05-11.19 version.
