I think we all understand now.  Its akin to Coke's battle to never let a
soda be referred to as a "Coke" cause then they lose the power of the
name.  Next time, just be a little softer in your original email to
those not in compliance.  It sounded as though you had already lined up
the lawyers to take the JDEE's author to court for his
"transgressions".
