Jde with Emacs 22 on Windows

Hi,

I'm just installed the Emacs 22 on Windows Vista, and the JDEE version 
is 2.3.5.1
But i found that whenever i open a .java file, the cpu usage is upto 50% 
(it's a Intel Core2 Duo Dell laptop)

Ok, i think, this might be a problem of Emacs 22 on Vista,
Then i installed on Windows 2000, with the some operations, the cpu 
usage is upto 100% (it's a P4 Dell PC)

I don't know if it's a know issue of Jdee on Windows with Emacs22?
