I think that's a problem with an old sematic-idle.el and a change in
emacs 22. Please use google or gmane to search for "semantic idle cpu
load emacs 22...", you'll find instruction. Basically I think you have
to get a current version of sematic-idle.el out of CEDET's cvs.
