It looks like your copy of GhostScript refuses to run, and just
terminates.  What happens when you type

M-x shell RET
c:/Programme/Ghostscript/gs8.50/bin/gswin32.exe -h
RET

That would be the case if your copy of GhostScript would terminate
before running.

According to XEmacs, you don't have a working GhostScript executable
available under the configured name.
