This is probably true.
Still, I think the Mac Emacs community would benefit from having a 
forum that focuses on Mac specific issues.
In the end, some if this will bleed over into emacs-devel, but this is 
a different, more global discussion context.
As a gross example, discussions about the Mac-ness of certain interface 
elements certain don't belong on emacs-devel.
