psgml and XInclude elements

Is it possible to make psgml allow XInclude tags into a document
otherwise conforming to a DTD?  Ie. make `C-c C-o' not stop on all
<xi:include> tags encountered, when checking the document?

I'd rather not change the DTD (DocBook XML 4.2 in my case).
