The documentation says:
(parent-file context-element* top-element (has-seen-element*)?)
If I have a file with top element chapter, in file book.xml,
would this be
sgml-parent-document:("book.xml" "book" "chapter") then?
with the chapter root matching the 'has-seen-element'?
or is the 'has-seen-element' part the 'next' higher element in the
higher level file?
