[emacs-w3m:13827] Re: accept_media=*/*, wildcard/shell problem?

Works for me, but I'm using PR#27 for w3m-download.el. It uses wget in
the background instead of w3m, which has advantages including resuming a
partial download and rate-limiting. That PR (open for a few years now)
also includes download queue management, and bulk download by regex.
