RE: PDF generation?

Hi,

As I haven't installed beta7 yet I am not sure if Paul added all of the
docbook stylesheets, but in the Docbook 1.48 stylesheet set there's a
docbook.xsl in an fo subdirectory.  I tried that to produce an .fo file
which I then ran through fop (Fop-0.20.3rc).  The results were not that
great (informaltables for example come out weird), so I later switched
to using htmldoc on the html file produced by XAE.  This works
reasonably well except I can't get chapters to start on a new page.  Ah
well, I'll have to live with that or delve into fop.

I've just upgraded to XAE v1.0beta7 and running it on a Linux 2.2.x box
under GNU Emacs 20.7.1.

What are folks using to generate PDF files from DocBook source?
