Hi Karel,

The link is to an online copy. Norman Walsh no longer provides
a download (who can blame him?). I had included the old version
on the theory that it is better than nothing for people who
don't have continuous access to the Internet and who don't have
a hardcopy handy. Perhaps I'll provide a customization variable
that points the Docbook item on the Help menu either to the
up-to-date online version or the local but old offline version.
