Please use the M-x report-xemacs-bug function to format (and send, if
your workstation is able to send mail) a bug report.  This will
contain a lot of information that will help us diagnose the problem.

You might also want to send a report to Debian, as it seems likely
that the problem has to do with interaction with the rest of the
system (X Window System and the window manager).
