The GNU/Emacs users share their dot emacs setup, so everybody who uses
the same packages on their workflow can benefit from it.

I have my setup migrated to support Xemacs 21.5 too (supports emacs-23.4
with package.el and superior versions also). I can share it. But
better would be to share it on a blog post, based on
org-mode. Right?.

What version of org-mode have been backported?

On this org-mode web page says it supports Xemacs 22.1. :)

maintaining ToDo lists, doing project planning, and authoring with a

You are Right. That is awesome. But as You are describing it. It have
been develop on the C layer, perhaps Richard Gabriel should have open
sourced it. And We would have another multi-platform x-toolkit besides
(gtk, Qt, etc).
