I've been posting a notice to the "blog" pages (pages where the
pagename is just a date such as "2003-11-10") with summaries of
discussions on emacs-devel.  You're welcome to do the same for
xemacs-design.  I actually *wanted* to do the same, but there's not
much traffic on xemacs-design...

If you want to paste-and-copy the documentation back into the
"official" xemacs docs, that might be a problem, perhaps?
