No perhaps, RMS has confirmed that in both directions.  Eg, if our FAQ
is XEmacs doc license and the wiki is FDL, we'll have to be really
careful about mixing the two; we might even want to get an official
ruling from Moglen about wiki and multiple licenses.  Also GPL code,
unless explicitly dual-licensed, may not be pasted into docs, while
doc examples may not be pasted into GPL code.
