I am not suggesting that keymappings not be changed. If I dont like
the defaults I would just change them back. Change them as necessary,
but please do consider the degree of change. Going from iconify to zap
was nasty. And zap-up-to-char doesnt wait for a RET either, so I cant
see what I just typed, which is the reason I really got mad. Just one
character after C-z and off it goes to do a good bit of damage.

If they are bugs, I can understand that. I chose to run beta software
and I should expect to lose data every so often. But I dont expect
things like this to happen.

I havent contributed anything to XEmacs (except for a few bug reports
here and there) and so I dont expect the developers to follow my wish.
You are developing it and it is your right to change them as you see
fit. But please do consider how it is going to affect users who have
been using it for a long time. Thanks.
