Brian, could you please try to find the source for your version (0.3)
of cl-array.el.

We should contact the author of that version, if it's not David.

Why don't you send cl-array.el 0.3 to xemacs-beta as an attachment.

cl-arry.el 0.2 is only around 11KB.
