Actually I did ;)  There is an

@item window-configuration-hook

in my hooks.texi (which'll get into the patch), and formatted howerwer
the rest fo the file is.  There are though, no cross references there,
and I'm hesitant to add it, for just this one.

Well, erc uses it, and I've seen a few bugs that might be caused by
it's absence in XEmacs (or rather, the absence of the
fsf-compatibility hack).
