I'm using it on a daily basis at work.  It seems to be working well. 
I'm not too happy about having to get status for all of the files just
to activate it, but it works.

Probably. psvn is supposed to be like pcvs (formerly known as pcl-cvs).

If nobody else is interested in it, then there is probably no rush to
add it to the list of packages.
