Hi Ville,

I usually assume mail to be new when I get it, so I don't check. :-)

I followed up and got a reply from Sam he might get to this in 2005.

XEmacs could definitely benefit from having url.el, xml.el,
http-get.el, http-post.el.

My hope is that someone is willing to work on porting/packaging of the
base functionality to XEmacs pretty soon.

Later on blogger could benefit from what's already in place.
