ediff problem

Hello;

I've performed an install of Xemacs from the web and am having difficulty
with ediff. The message I get when I try to compare 2 files (or buffers) is
"Symbol's function is void: ediff-setup-diff-regions". This occurs on both
NT and Win2000 systems. Would appreciate any guidance you can provide.
