 I use both GNU emacs and xemacs, and in both cases, I like having the
 menu available and visible. At the same time, I like to use the
 keyboard to access the menu.

 On GNU emacs, I have mapped <C-l m> to 'tmm-menubar
 and on xemacs, I have mapped <C-l m> to 'accelerate-menu.

 The nice thing about 'tmm-menubar is that emacs (or so it appears to
 me) composes unique hotkeys for every item.
