Unfortunately
http://ibiblio.org/pub/packages/editors/xemacs/windows/
makes my setup.exe crash too!

to
http://ibiblio.org/pub/packages/editors/xemacs/
actually redirectd to
http://ibiblio.org/pub/mirrors/xemacs/windows/
and I will update the link now, along with the link text.

ibiblio maintainers, could you please confirm this link change.

Matthew, I will also consider adding http URLs to mirrors.lst for
your convenience.
