Bug on Xemacs 21.4.13 and 21.4.11

Hello,
I use Xemacs 21.4.13 (Native) on Windows 2000 SP3.
When i click on the Xemacs menu : 
Options => Advanced (Customize) => Emacs => Faces

This line appears below :
your email adress : Administrateur@PCHAYA9985

At this time Xemacs doesn't respond.
