Not good enough.  The core lisp and data directories are not being
found.  You could abuse EMACSPACKAGEPATH to point to core lisp, but
that won't help with the data directories.

1.  Run xemacs -debug-paths from a shell and send us the output.
2.  Tell us exactly where you've installed XEmacs.
