Of course.  But more users doesn't translate directly into anything
except bragging rights on comp.emacs.

This would be easy for a volunteer to do, I think.  Andy's release
scripts are part of the distribution (I think you have to Cygwin for
those, but of course the volunteer could execute by hand if they don't
have Cygwin).  I'll post a call for volunteers.
