Minor errata in Dispatch #34

Hi guys, Aaron Cleaving gave me a heads up on 2 minor
problems in Issue #34, neither directly effects the scenarios therein.  In the Tactical Tips article, we had already
proofed it and I was just doing the manual edits and somehow changed LLTC to
LLMC. We all know that the loss of a Japanese leader only causes an LLTC, so my
bad, some kind of Freudian slip I guess.
Minor Problem #2 is in my analysis of Spare the Pagoda, I
assumed that since you can HIP THHs you can also do the same for DC heroes. It
seems this is not the case, though it seems wrong to me that you can’t without
an SSR. So I will be putting an SSR so they can use HIP into the errata Box in
Issue #35.
