Humm.... with GH, DB and CdG the new pages where issued with the modules as I recall. 



Of course that made sense, as it was the first time they were issued. 



In this case it's more of a reissue, since some [a lot?] of us already have the first version. 



I really don't need another full set of counters!

They did issue the 87 & 89 pack of replacement pages - the rest of the 
replacement pages I think came in new modules (that I imagine most people bought 
anyway) - Gung Ho!, Doomed Battalions, & Croix de Guerre. 

Can't rememeber if the GH, DB, or CdG pages were available as separate purchases 
though, and if so I wonder how many of the were sold as such. 

Pesonally, I think Avalon Hill failed themselves with the binder concept - 
beyond the major 87 & 89 updates there were all that many replacement pages 
issued, unless my memory is failing me.
