Don has it right - smoke it and CC it.  Pillboxes have limited lines of 
sight, so sometimes you can take advantage of that.  Also, make sure you 
read up on AP vs. Pillboxes.  I can't remember exactly, but firing small 
caliber AP at concrete Pillboxes makes for an easy unmodified 2 column if I 
remember correctly - and those small caliber guns usually have a good ROF.
